Kristen has deep expertise in managing permanent searches from initial sourcing through final offer acceptance. Steven Morales 

Steven Morales is a veteran recruiting executive with nearly two decades of experience helping companies build world-class accounting, finance, and operations teams. As a longtime Vice President of Permanent Placement Services at a leading Fortune 500 staffing firm, he has successfully placed high-performing professionals in roles ranging from emerging leaders to C-suite executives, with base salaries from $50K to $450K.

Steven is known for his ability to structure complex compensation packages, including signing bonuses and both short- and long-term incentive plans, and for “making the deal work” for both clients and candidates. Over the course of his career, he has partnered with organizations across manufacturing, distribution, financial services, transportation, healthcare, energy, technology, and other industries to secure fast-track, high-potential talent in “A” companies.

Drawing on his deep market knowledge and consultative approach, Steven advises leaders on critical hiring decisions and builds long-term relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and results.
